An official employee for 15 years but has grown up around the business.  Involved in all aspects of daily operations he is the youngest superintendent but has a knowledge and expertise that is hard to match at that age.  The third generation of the Belden family involvement in the company he is constantly gaining more experience and has led several difficult jobs with very unique obstacles.
